Hello, I'm Santhosh Guru

I'm a proud co-founder of my son. He's our most demanding stakeholder, the roadmap is entirely his, and he has never once read the docs.

I live in Chennai, where the weather has two settings: hot, and offensively hot. I've spent two decades building and shipping software, most recently running product at ZEPIC. Before that I led product teams at Freshworks, Zarget, HappyFox, and SAP Labs, which is a long way of saying I've shipped enough features to have strong, unprovable opinions about all of them.

I'm curious about an unreasonable number of things, and this site is where I do that in public instead of journaling like a normal person. Books, storytelling, company building, fitness, the occasional Tamil film that makes no sense and ruins me for a week. If it fascinates me, it ends up here.

I'm also a co-founder of Flourishing Kids, where we build products that nurture the joy of learning in children.

This is my diary, my pensieve, the place I think out loud and occasionally embarrass my future self.
